NSFW Posting Guidelines

As stated in the forum rules (which I assume you have read!), NSFW/18+ content is allowed and even encouraged on Selenographie. However, for folks’ safety as well as what I feel able to moderate, there are some limitations:

What do I mean by NSFW? Are all levels of explicit content allowed?

NSFW, as the name suggests, is generally a catch-all for stuff you wouldn’t want your boss to catch you looking at - but specifically, I’m referring to nudity & sexually explicit content. On Selenographie, you can be as explicit as you want! I support you posting your nude art studies, lovingly rendered portraits of your OC’s dicks, sharing your favorite erotic visual novels, you name it. With a few caveats.
  • Keep your NSFW content to the creative realm. “Real life” content such as sexually explicit photos, filmed videos, solicitation, etc are not permitted. Sexual harassment of other users will not be tolerated.
  • USE YOUR CONTENT WARNINGS AND TAG APPROPRIATELY. For the safety & comfort of your fellow community members, if you are posting explicit content, you must tag your thread as NSFW (see below for a how-to on that). Additional content warnings can and should be added as tags, as well as in plain text at the top of your post, prior to the content in question.
  • NSFW content involving minors or bestiality is not allowed under any circumstances. All characters/subjects should be adults, and capable of communicating enthusiastic consent (if you think this sounds like the Harkness test, it sort of is).
  • CNC/dubcon/dead dove are allowed on the forum, with a HUGE *but*: it must be tagged as such and the content warnings included at the top of your post, in addition to the usual NSFW tag.
